REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
AONE HOSPITAL CONSULTANCY
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all healthcare consultancy services booked through AONE Hospital Consultancy.
As we provide professional healthcare consultancy, medical advisory, specialist consultations, medical tourism assistance, and other digital consultancy services, the following policy governs all bookings made through our website.
1. General Policy
Our consultancy services require advance appointment scheduling and allocation of healthcare professionals. Once a consultation slot has been confirmed, resources and expert time are reserved exclusively for the client.
Therefore, all confirmed bookings are subject to the refund and cancellation policy described below.
2. Non-Refundable Services
No refund will be provided under the following circumstances:
Consultation has already been completed.
Medical reports, records, or documents have been reviewed by our specialists.
Healthcare consultancy services have already commenced.
Consultation time has been reserved and assigned.
The client misses the scheduled appointment without prior notice.
Once expert consultation or medical evaluation has begun, the booking becomes non-refundable.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
✔ The assigned consultant or specialist is unavailable and an alternative appointment cannot be arranged.
✔ The booked service cannot be delivered due to internal operational reasons.
✔ A duplicate payment has been made accidentally for the same consultation.
All refund requests are reviewed individually and approved solely at the discretion of AONE Hospital Consultancy.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a consultation subject to the following conditions:
Request is submitted before the scheduled appointment time.
Consultant availability permits rescheduling.
Approval is granted by AONE Hospital Consultancy.
Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accepted.
5. Refunds Will Not Be Provided If
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
The client fails to attend the scheduled consultation.
Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading medical information is provided.
Technical or internet issues occur on the client's device.
A physical examination or hospital visit is recommended after consultation.
The client is dissatisfied because the medical opinion does not meet expectations.
The wrong consultation service is booked by the client.
The client joins the consultation significantly late or misses the allocated time slot.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.
Processing delays caused by banks or payment providers are beyond our control.
7. Premium Consultancy Programs
Comprehensive healthcare consultancy packages, specialist advisory programs, medical tourism planning, hospital setup consultancy, and long-term consultancy services involve dedicated expert resources and planning.
Once these services have commenced, they are non-refundable except where AONE Hospital Consultancy is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Requests with incomplete information may require additional verification before processing.
9. Final Decision
AONE Hospital Consultancy reserves the sole and final right to approve or reject any refund or cancellation request based on consultation status, service usage, operational policies, and applicable legal requirements.
All decisions made by AONE Hospital Consultancy regarding refunds and cancellations shall be final.
